Shandong Shiheng Special Steel Group Co. Ltd is a large-scale privately-operated associated enterprise which is located in Feicheng city, Shandong province, China. Also it is a special steel enterprise with the annual gross production of 3.0 million tons integrating coking, sintering, iron-making, steelmaking, rolling mill, power-generation, machinery manufacturing.
Main equipments and throughput:
1. Two 1080M3 and one 450M3 blast furnaces. Iron making capacity 2.8 million tons per year.
2. Three 60 tons converters, one 70 tons Consteel EAF imported from Italian Techint company which possesses the advanced technology level in the world, with the steel making capacity 3.0 million tons per year.
3.Three rolling production lines respectively produce small section deformed and round bar, high-speed wire rod and medium section steel products, among which, mechanical equipments of the high-speed wire rod mill line are imported from Morgan of America, and the electric equipments as well as automatic control are imported from Siemens of Germany. The production line of high speed wire rod is one of the most advanced equipped high speed wire rod production lines in China. Two steel bar production lines. The capacity of steel rolling is 3.0 million tons per year.
4.One coking production line, with annual coke production of 1.0 million tons.
